At Margot European Day Spa, the beauty of the mind and body are nurtured to elevate the spirit of well being. We have set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels of skin and body care are provided. Infusing twenty- first century techniques with secrets of ancient traditions, Margot European Day Spa is able to tailor each treatment to an individual's own need.

It is our goal to provide the highest level of service and most relaxing environment for our clients.

Reservations
To ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, please make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance (4 weeks for weekends.) A credit card gurantee is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies and Fees
Your spa treatments are reserved espeically for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the Spa's scheduling. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies. All services (including those with gift cards) require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests chose their method of payment.

Group Bookings
For parties or four or more services, or groups of five plus, please contact our group coordinator for group booking policies and availability. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.

Cell Phones
Please respect fellow guests and the tranquility we provide and turn your cell phone off upon arrival. Cell phone use is prohibited during spa service and in common areas of the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards
You may order your gift cards by telephone or from our website for direct mail or printing options. Gift cards are available in any dollar denomination, spa package or ala Carte services and are valid for 1 year. Gift Cards are not refundable or replaceable even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift Cards are not valid with Medical Spa Services, and cannot be redeemed as cash, taxes or gratuities.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. Customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, up to your individual discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with check or cash. We are unable to charge gratuity to credit or debit card unless arranged in advance (a 5% service charge will apply).

Check in
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not inconvenience other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Personal Belongings
Please leave all jewelry and valueable items at home or securely locked inside your spa locker. Margot European Day spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
