It is our goal to provide the highest level of service and most relaxing environment for our clients.

•We kindly ask that cell phones and pagers are turned to mute while in the spa.

• If you are having multiple services, please check in 10 minutes prior to appointment time to ensure a prompt starting time.

• We ask that appointments that must be canceled are done so 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid any missed appointment charges.

• A 50% fee will be charged for missed appointments and those not cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation policy.

• Gratuities are not included in service or package prices.

• Gratuities may not be added to a credit card.

• If you are running late for an appointment, please call. We will do our best to accommodate your service. However, the services and length may have to be adjusted in order to fit within our schedule.
